Raine ~ A Yandere's Daughter

Hello. My name is Raine Rivers, and I was raised by a Yandere, who fell for my father after being a psychopath, and was never treated. I actually turned out pretty well, probably because my mother was never around. She would always follow a few cars after my father, and threatened any girl who came close to him, except for his mother and few sisters.

After graduating high school with straight As, I decided to move to Windenburg to pursue my dream of living in a big city, and Windenburg hasn't really done it for me.

I searched for a roommate and an apartment in Windenburg, as I couldn't really afford to get my own. Then, I found the boy's apartment, who was in need of, well, a roommate.

It was like a dream come true. The apartment was beautiful, and so was the boy.  He shared the apartment with his little sister, and worked as a wealthy restaurant manager, and was waiting for the opportunity to move to San Myshuno, a thriving city on a sandy coast.

But the boy reminded me of someone from my old high school, who all the girls faught over, were jealous of and just plain mean to any girl who laid a finger on him. There were ten of them. Ten! They were all head over heels obsessed, followed him around, and were competing for his affection. And make that 11 because I liked him too. Nobody new, unlike literally every girl there. And one girl, black haired, pale skinned, freshman wanted him so badly. Too bad to where many girls were quite afraid of her, and as soon as she came in, girls close to the ones that crushed on him were obliterated.

And I was about to live with him. If this girl was truly as creepy and and as stalkerish as she seemed, my life would be gone. Within seconds. But you know what? I clicked that button anyways.

I'm Back!

Hello Everyone! If you pay attention to any of my blogs, other than this one, you might have noticed that some of my blogs are disappearing, and most of them are gone. So I just wanted to let you know, the only blogs I (might) continue to post on are The Gaia Legacy and the Martinez Family .

In other news, I am going to start posting stories here again! I'll introduce some of the characters in my next post tomorrow. Just know it's based off the video game (and the dere~dere type) Yandere Simulator. See you all later.

Evidence and Witnesses (Melody's POV)

Auntie Sara whipped out her phone, and selected past calls. Obviously, she was going to reveal the chips scenario, and possibly the punch. But why did she say TWO pieces of evidence? What, my depression? A picture of the punch? I didn't know, but she started playing back a call.
'Hello, this is Lorana speaking?'
'Hi, this is your sister, Sara.'
'IS SHE OVER THERE AGAIN?'
'No, but she does have a serious medical issue.'
'Please do not say she told you..'
'That she ate nothing for two days? Of course!'
'I'm going to strangle that child!'
'Listen Lorana, You're not doing anything until I tell you..'
'What? She's missing! Oh thank gosh!'
'NO LORANA! She has...'
'Spit it out Sara..'
'Depression..'
There were aplenty of gasps among the courtroom.
'Oh..'
'And you should've fed her..'
'Shut up, SARA! Your lucky she survived. You're also very lucky I didn't strangle you in your sleep!'
Lorana gasped and thought she was an idiot. She covered her eyes in embarassment.
'Lorana, don't you ever care for your children's safety?'
'I do for every single one but Melody. Same with her father!'
My dad gasped in embarassment and then he gave off an aura like I should divorce from her..
The line goes silent. The judge looks at Sara's lawyer and asks him, "Sir, how long was that phone call from the hospitialization of Melody?"
The lawyer grimly responded, "Precisely an hour, your honor."

"I think that's enough evidence." the judge looked at Lorana and gave her a disappointed look.
"Lorana will be charged for 3 years in prison for child neglect, child abuse and children's medical neglect for her depression, and the custody of the child is no longer in the hands of that branch of the Harley family, and now in the hands of her sister.

The Hearing (Narrated)

"Take your seats." the judge hissed. All went silent. Our entire family in a courtroom, for a battle of custody and trying to charge Lorana. Obviously, it was Auntie Sara vs Mother. They looked at each other disgustingly.
"Ms. Lorana, state your case." the judge said boringly.
"Your honor, that wretched witch of a sister is trying to take my baby away from me!" mother cried and pointed to Auntie Sara.
"Your defense, Ms. Sara?" the judge looked angrily at Auntie.
"Oh Great Sir," Auntie said politely, " I only want the childrens' custody because one of them is not getting the humane care they deserve." The judge looked back at Lorana's face. He seemed suspicious, but Lorana was still confident she would win.
"Evidence, or your claims are false." the judge, clearly irritated, said.
"I have two pieces of evidence, and a witness." my Aunt hopefully said. She knew, however, that the judge must give Lorana the benefit of doubt until solid evidence arrived.
Lorana saw that Sara pulled out her phone, and all hope faded. She was screwed. But she remembered that this is a battle of custody, and the only thing she could get arrested for was the eating problem..

Out of Body (Melody's POV)

I watch myself, staring in through a window, and watch my mother slap my cheek, then thrust her fists in to my delicate face, and then watch myself fall to the ground. Auntie Sarah rushes in, while mother stands over me with pride written on her face. Then, to my surprise, Harmony runs towards me and sobs her eyes out, while whispering to me, 'I'm so sorry, Melody... for blaming you, making your life miserable.. This probably wouldn't of happened if I wasn't a jerk..' Then Ariana, my older sister, rushes in. "AUNT SARA? WHY?" She yelled. Aunt Sarah just looked at her and said "It was your mother.." she said, still stunned. I whispered back in Harmony's ear, 'It's okay..' and before I could say anything more, Auntie Sara grabbed me, and a camera, and ran. Harmony sobbed even louder and reached for me..

HUH? (Sara's POV)

I unexpectedly hear a giant BOOM! CRASH!
I run in there, seeing Melody, black-eyed, laying on the floor, and her mother with a proud look standing over Melody with her her hands in fists. She doesn't know I recorded the whole thing on camera. Harmony runs over, as surprised as I was, to see her sister on the floor.. Harmony weeped, and her older sister Lizzie runs in to see both her sisters on the floor, one crying and one unconcious. She jumped to conclusions, "Auntie Sara? Why..?"
"It wasn't me, it was your mother.."
Lorana breaks out and runs downstairs.. while I pick Melody and grab the camera and run.

Explaining (Not Really) (Melody's POV)

I napped, and played games until my phone vibrated, and then I finally woke up.. it was from my mom..
Come Home NOW! You have some explaining to do!
Gosh dang it.. what now? Harmony blaming me for schmoozing the teacher into giving her bad grades? Ghugh.
I told my aunt I'd be back, but she insisted to come with me, or to take me home in her car. I agreed. Something was up, and she wouldn't do that if she didn't have a reason.
I arrived home, with my father at the door..
"Come in, Sara, Melody."
I saw my mom staring at Auntie angrily.
"Melody, come to your room." After I was in there, I felt Auntie listening, and protecting me.
"Why didn't you tell me you had depression..?"
"Because you wouldn't care."
"That's right." She looks at me, then raises her palm and slaps me across the face. I stood quietly. I noticed a camera in the corner, and it was my aunt's.
"You never tell me the truth!" she yells then punches me hard, knocking me out..
